Modular QUBI COMBI OVENS SPAR Holloways Beach-Austune Display Fridges Paul Drabble Operations manager Tradestore group Testimonial Refrigeration Supply for Commercial Supplies Australia (CSA) 18 months into our ownership of Spar Holloways beach and Spar Smithfield in Cairns North Qld we had to replace and upgrade in both stores old refrigeration. This meant collating and accessing quotations and costing for a variety of options both stand alone and remote refrigeration. We look at a number of companies before deciding to go with Robert and his team. We found they really listened to what we were trying to achieve, understood our unique issues, especially around humidity during our tropical months. They also were design flexible, quickly giving options to reconfigure, manufacture to spec a set of standalone refrigeration in 2,3 and 4 door units that maximise our display space as well as reducing our energy usage. The ease and speed in which they produced viable options(especially as I regularly changed the goal posts to improve our end result) when we gave them the space available dimensions meant it was time efficient. The beauty of using standalone non remote units for us has been the lower installation costs, lower maintenance due to motors not being exposed to weather on roof and ease of keeping the units clean. Installation was also very quick so from the time they arrived in our back dock to up and running was approx. 6 hours. Having had many remote installs done I know this can take days to complete. The units in black are please to the customers and we had great customer feedback on how great they looked as well as how easy they were to shop. With Spar Holloways being such a success we then moved to upgrade to the same units for a 10.9 metre freezer and refrigeration upgrade at our Smithfield store and expect that to be completed in late august. Again Robert and his team went above and beyond in ensuring we got the right fit and configuration for maximum value for this 10.9 metres. Thanks Paul Drabble
